Cuba is the largest island in the Caribbean. In terms of technology Cuba has a lot of IT professionals who need advanced trainings in becoming experts in cutting edge technologies. The biggest challenge for them is lack of access to technology facilities and trainers. OSS Global Foundation’s mission is to provide Cuban ‘professionals with advanced computing trainings. We help young people to become experts in developing application for their country. Our internship program engaged them in comprehensive development projects. The program is an opportunity for them to increase their skills and abilities for their future career. The ultimate goal of our foundation is to improve the quality of the work force in Information Technology industry that will stimulate the economy in Cuba.
